This project involved developing and improving the Scotchman Rd allotments and improving their community use.

A range of partners were involved in the work including Bradford Community Environment Project (BCEP), the Neighbourhood Service and Asset Management.

An allotments association formed in April 2010 and asset Management have invested £80,000 in improvements and security. Manningham Masterplan approached Yorkshire Water, who kindly donated large water butts with a value of over £3500 to promote the more sustainable use of water at the allotment site.
